Rice is something the major part of the world is used and it is the interesting thing, that it is cultivated in the paddy field and then it gets on the dining table. This is a combination of both the farming skill and industrial efficiency so that we can get the nutrition that we require along with the palatable taste of the rice
THE MINING FHASE OF
RICE CROPS
In the saturating rice paddies are the main place where rice cultivation starts. These fields, called paddies, are carefully controlled so that their water levels are optimum for rice growth. Farmers disperse rice grains by sowing, which when they come out and become entire stems, become so tall and thin-just like hair. The rice heads, i.e., the part of the cereals from which we consume them when they start to resemble the wheat they are, are the first stage of the harvesting process. Harvest is either performed through hand or using a reaper that is placed on the head of the vehicle to cut the rice stalks. The grains from the plant are separated in a process that can be manual or automatic
DRYING AND MINING
Straight from the processing center, the rice is then dried right away to the range of 20% moisture to exclude any drawbacks in it. There are two ways
The small grains that were still in their husks after the process of drying were sent to a Miller for milling. The Carter rice mill, for instance, can usually handle 3000 kg per hour, so there is some capacity there. These milling stages are:
- Dehusking: Outer husk is removed leaving brown rice.
- Polishing: The brown rice gets polished by getting rid of the bran layer thus produced is white rice.
- Grading and Sorting: Grains are separated by size and quality while impurities are removed through the process of screening.
ENHANCEMENT AND

Iron-enriched rice and vitamin-enriched rice are some of the foods that are needed to be fortified with extra vitamins.
Then, the packaging process start , where rice product in different scale according to there quality and mostly the packaging were (1kg , 5 kg , 26kg ).
